If you’re new to the brand, here are some of their signature drinks: the Koicha Latte ($9.50++) features ceremonial-grade Uji matcha that’s said to be rich and intense in flavour. For something more mellow, the Matcha Latte (from $6.50++) has a more balanced flavour, suitable as a beginner-friendly drink. Matchaya kakigori-overlay 2Image credit: Matchaya

Matchaya also offers a range of mains and desserts. You can enjoy their Signature Matchaya Chicken Katsu ($13++), a rice burger with chicken katsu, matcha mayonnaise, tamago, and lettuce.

Finish your meal with their tea-infused desserts, such as the Signature Matchaya Yuzu ($10++) and Kurogama ($8++), a black sesame rolled cake.
