Capturing the spirit of togetherness for Ramadan, the buffet promises a sumptuous journey through Malaysia’s time-honoured recipes alongside international delights, everyday from 6:30pm to 10pm.

The lineup includes the decadent carving station with a Roasted Whole Lamb and delightful charcoal grill for smoky sensations like Turmeric Curry Squid, Garlic Butter Prawns, Sambal Fish, Otak Otak and Chicken Wings to tempt every palate.

Local Appetisers, Salads and Savouries pay tribute to classics such as Gado Gado, Tempeh Goreng, Acar Jelatah, and a variety of Kerabu, including Kerabu Betik, Kerabu Nenas, Kerabu Ikan Bilis, Kerabu Kacang Botol, Kerabu Mangga, Kerabu Sotong, and Kerabu Tauhu Bakar,

Luscious leaves and spicy sambals take centre stage in Ulam-Ulaman with Sambal Ikan Bilis Tempoyak, Sambal Budu, Sambal Cincaluk, Sambal Belacan Limau Nipis, Sambal Hijau, Sambal Mangga Kuning, Sambal Kicap Cili, Sambal Goreng Garing and Sambal Asam Jawa.

Seafood on Ice spans Baby Lobsters, Half-Shell Scallops, Slipper Lobster, Tiger Prawns, Flower Crab, and NZ Mussels, while the fresh Japanese Section boasts Assorted Maki Rolls and Nigiri Sushi, Jellyfish Salad, Chuka Hotate Salad, Cold Soba Noodle Salad and Edamame.
