







Partners Kitchen is OUG’s new siu lap shop, specialising in classically roasted chicken, not bathed or fried in oil, not smothered in soy sauce, served pure and firm-fleshed, perfectly partnered with bamboo noodles.
Other house roasts include crackly siu yok with full-bodied layers and potently caramelised char siu, smoky-sweet with premium rose wine.
Every element is conscientiously crafted: Soulful soup simmered for three hours with roast chicken bones, corn and radish; fragrant rice scented naturally with shallots, onions and ginger; and lusciously green lemongrass-ginger chilli sauce.
