What’s a Christmas celebration without turkey? J65’s rendition is the Nyonya Style Roasted Boneless Turkey, dressed with a piquant, aromatic Nyonya-style gravy. For a buffet spread graced with Santa’s presence to bring the littles to, Food Capital at Grand Copthorne Waterfront has two special festive offerings: the Yuletide Feast (from $72++), available until 1 January 2026, and the Grand Christmas Feast (from $108++), running on Christmas Eve for dinner and Christmas Day.
The Yuletide Feast includes a rotating selection of dishes on display. Here, you’ll also find the Australian Beef Striploin and the quintessential Traditional Roasted Turkey with Merlot Jus. Fill up your plate with their Selection of Hard and Soft Cheeses, and be sure not to skimp on the luscious Lobster Bisque.
