A Feast For The Blessed Month is curated by Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur’s Executive Chef Mustapha Awang and Sous Chef Andri Abdul Hadi, bringing classic culinary cultures to contemporary patrons.
Chef Mustapha, fondly known as Chef Muss, harnesses years of senior-level experience in China for a refined perspective on regional Chinese Muslim cuisine, layering slow-cooked depth with boldly balanced seasonings.
Sous Chef Andri taps into a three-decade career devoted to time-honoured Malay recipes, crafting comfort in aromatic spice blends that remain rooted in heritage.
Live ghazal music enlivens the evening, creating a welcoming mood for families and friends.
