The space feels bright and refreshing, and the farm-to-table spread features a rotating lineup of Asian and international favourites that work perfectly for big family iftars or office buka puasa gatherings.
Seafood lovers should make a beeline for the Luxury Seafood Laksa Tower, piled high with rock lobster, crab, clams, half shell scallops, prawns and more. It’s basically your dream laksa, supersized. There’s also the new Josper Grill, where meats and seafood are cooked over charcoal for that deep smokiness and irresistible char you can’t get from regular grills.

It’s not every day you find halal Sichuan food in Singapore, let alone in buffet form. That’s exactly why Ginger at PARKROYAL on Beach Road deserves a spot on your Ramadan shortlist. The halal-certified restaurant is rolling out a festive East Asian-themed buffet from now till 3 March 2026, spotlighting bold, mala-forward dishes that are perfect if you love that addictive numbing heat.
The star of the show has to be the Free-Flow Mala Abalone—yes, unlimited—bringing together fiery chilli, tongue-tingling peppercorns, and tender abalone in one indulgent bite. Other Sichuan-inspired highlights include Crispy Duck Tender with Sichuan Mala Spice and Baked Oyster with Mala Cheesy Sauce, both packing serious flavour. Beyond mala, you’ll also find Xinjiang lamb skewers fresh off the grill and even a DIY Shaanxi Rougamo station, so you can build your own Chinese “hamburger” just the way you like it.
Of course, it wouldn’t be Ginger without their crowd-favourite staples. Expect seafood on ice with Thai sauces, Singapore Chilli Crab, Sarawak White Pepper Crab, plus hearty picks such as Malaysia-style Beef Rendang and Chicken & Mutton Satay.
Dinner buffet starts at $79++ per person from Mondays to Thursdays, 6pm to 10pm, and $89++ from Fridays to Sundays, eve of and Public Holidays, 6pm to 10pm

Halal A5 Wagyu from Japan isn’t something you come across every day, which is why Gyusei Gyukatsu Wagyu Steakhouse deserves a spot on your Ramadan radar. Known as Singapore’s first halal-certified gyukatsu spot, this steakhouse flies in A5 Wagyu directly from Japan, then finishes it with a gentle charcoal smoke for that extra depth of flavour. And it just opened in September 2025, so here’s your chance to check it out if you haven’t already.
Here, the star is the gyukatsu: premium beef cutlets coated, fried till golden, and served still blushing on the inside. Regulars swear by the A5 Japanese Ribeye and A5 Japanese Striploin, both done just right and paired with a lineup of 10 condiments. Think freshly grated wasabi, Maldon sea salt, and other flavour boosters that let you customise every bite to your liking.
Even if you’re not in the mood for beef, there are other alternatives, including a Premium Seafood Set, a Yasai Tempura Set for veggie lovers, and even a Portobello Mushroom Cutlet Set.

For a buffet that goes beyond the usual hotel spread, La Sagra d’Allora is one to bookmark. Held every Friday and Saturday night, this Italian-inspired feast channels the spirit of a traditional “sagra”, a local festival or feast in Italy.
Start strong with comforting classics such as Oven-baked Emilia Lasagna layered with beef ragout and Parmigiano Reggiano, before hopping over to local favourites including Sambal Udang and Beef Rendang. The live stations are where things get exciting: fresh pasta tossed dramatically in a cheese wheel, 1-metre pizzas sliced straight from the oven, and crawfish grilled over charcoal with your pick of black pepper, sambal chilli, or even Sichuan mala sauce. There’s also wok-fried seafood cooked à la minute in sauces ranging from chilli crab to salted egg yolk.
Save room for dessert: tiramisu, pandan gula melaka coconut cake, cannoli, chocolate bomboloni, and calamansi meringue tart are just some of the sweet treats waiting.
The buffet runs from 6pm to 10pm every Friday and Saturday, priced at $78++ per person and $38++ per child, with kids aged six and below dining free. Use the code WKND20 to enjoy 20% off the adult price.
