For the uninitiated, Molly Tea is one of the biggest tea brands in China. It has over 2,000 outlets worldwide, including in Australia, Thailand, and the United States. At the time of writing, the brand has a Singapore Instagram page and official website, suggesting that its opening date isn’t too far off.

Molly Tea focuses on jasmine‑based drinks, with options like Premium Jasmine Milk Tea, Osmanthus Milk Tea, and White Champaca Milk Tea. The Snowy Whipped Series, such as the one in the picture above, adds a layer of jasmine‑infused whipped cream on drinks like Snowy Jasmine and Snowy Gardenia, often with crunchy pecans. They’re also known for their Gardenia Milk Tea, fruit blends like Jasmine Mango Smoothie, and oat milk variants for a dairy‑free option.

The aforementioned drinks are all listed on Molly Tea’s Singapore website, so we can reasonably expect them to be available at Orchard Central. We’ll update this article as soon as we have more info about this exciting new launch!

In other food news, CHAGEE recently collaborated with Sanrio’s Tanned Hello Kitty to launch a series of exclusive merchandise. There’s also a new Cocoa Oolong Milk Tea, made with premium Oolong tea with rich cocoa. The tea, sourced from the Wuyi Mountains, brings a roasted fragrance and honeyed aroma, while the cocoa from Côte d’Ivoire’s Gold Belt—said to be one of the world’s most renowned cocoa origins—adds depth and smoothness.
