From Asam Pedas Ikan Salmon to Gulai Ketam Nipah, Sup Gearbox to Telur Itik Masak Cili Padi, Kambing Panggang to Gulai Tunjang, Nangka Masak Lemak Ikan Bilis to Siput Sedut Masak Lemak, Concorde KL’s passionate chefs honour comforting kampung-style cuisine with contemporary flair.

Enhancing the lively mood, the Begema 5 Batak Band will serenade guests every evening with soulful harmonies.

Special highlights include rare delicacies like Asam Pedas Ikan Salmon (brimming with smooth, luscious salmon), Telur Itik Masak Cili Padi (bursting with rich, runny duck egg) and Gulai Ketam Nipah (flowing with fresh, fleshy crab meat in robustly savoury spiced stew).

Signatures like the generously gelatinous Sup Gearbox with massive marrow, Sup Ekor and Kari Kepala Ikan convey the generations-old essence of everyone’s favourite recipes, punchy with unforgettable flavours that keep us coming back for more.

Not to be missed: Asam Pedas Daging Tetel, Rendang Tok, Gulai Tunjang, Sambal Tumis Udang Petai, Nangka Masak Lemak Ikan Bilis, Siput Sedut Masak Lemak and Pajeri Nenas are carefully prepared must-haves, recommended this Ramadan.

Whole-roasted lamb seizes the spotlight for the Kambing Panggang, perfectly carved and coupled with golden-hued aromatic rice.

Cooking stations serve up a sizzling spectacle – Concorde’s famed BBQ Teppan Theatre returns for succulently steamy steaks and sumptuous seafood, while other stops showcase everything from Roti Canai Sarang Burung, Murtabak Ayam, Laksa Johor, Mee and Kuey Teow Kawah to the Western wonder of Creamy Cheese Wheel Pasta, a luxuriously textured pleasure for pasta enthusiasts.
