Esora – One-Michelin-Starred Japanese Restaurant Is Closing In Dec 2025 After Eight Years

One-Michelin-starred Japanese kappo restaurant Esora will bid farewell with its final service along Mohamed Sultan Road on 29 Dec 2025.

Since opening in 2018, Esora has been celebrated for its refined kappo dining experience, clinching its Michelin star in 2021 under the helm of then-head chef Shigeru Koizumi.
