For sandwiches and platters, select from slices of Italian porchetta (moist pork belly stuffed with garlic and herbs), guanciale al pepe (pork cheeks cured with black pepper, buttery and velvety), speck (air-cured pork leg with a smoky depth), mortadella (silky pork sausage with pistachios and cubed fat), beef pepperoni, rosemary lamb and more.
Every sandwich is freshly crafted to order, lovingly assembled in generous portions.
Sandwiches are lined with your personal choice of aromatic meat (pork salami pictured above) in artisanal sourdough herbed ciabatta, luscious and lively with balsamic tomato salad, crushed peppers, mozzarella and white sauce.

The Pesto Porchetta is our recommendation, featuring porchetta with green basil pesto, crushed pepper and olive oil; other options include truffle speck, lamb steak, olive mortadella and Calabrese salami in choice of pork or beef.






Bites for snacking or sharing span the Fisherman’s Soup (a catch of squid and prawns in tomato broth infused with garlic, herbs and a touch of chilli oil cream, served with sourdough toast) to the Meat Platter (with three types of cured meat, comprising speck, mortadella and pork salami, with pesto, spicy garlic olives, hard cheese and sourdough toast).
