Fresh sashimi, sushi and rolls are also available, spanning sashimi of salmon, tuna akami, chutoro, hamachi, tako, hotate and aka ebi; sushi of salmon, chutoro, akagai, hamachi, unagi, ebi, temani sushi moriwase, anago and kohada; and maki such as Shimomuragyu wagyu maki, unagi soft shell crab, chutoro mentai caviar, salmon aburi mentai, volcano maki, California premium maki, rainbow maki and salmon cheese maki, great for family and friends to share.




















Side dishes and salads span chawanmushi ikura, oden, and fruit mixes of sock melon, kiwi, watermelon and strawberries to revitalise the palate.
