Celebrate Christmas Eve at Food Exchange with a lavish buffet spread. The menu includes our signature salmon wellington alongside festive highlights such as oven-roasted crusted beef strips, sliced oven-roasted leg of lamb with ratatouille, herb mussel au gratin, a live pasta station and many more. Satisfy your sweet tooth with desserts such as yule log, white chocolate cranberry crème brûlée, lemon mousse with sweet berries, madeleine cake, and a lively ice cream station. A festive celebration awaits from 6pm to 10pm.

The festivities continue with a sumptuous Christmas Day buffet lunch at Food Exchange. Delight in our beef wellington, seafood bouillabaisse, oven-roasted marinated big chicken, grilled salmon with creamy coriander sauce, accompanied by a live pasta station and many more. Indulge in sweet treats such as canelé, gingerbread man cookies, raspberry yogurt mousse cake, and the ever-popular ice cream station. The lunch buffet runs from 12.30pm to 3pm.

New Year’s Eve Dinner at Food Exchange, 31 December 2024
Welcome the New Year in grand style with a spectacular buffet dinner at Food Exchange. Feast on crowd favourites, including salmon wellington, roasted lamb leg, Tuscan prawns with spinach, minute steak with caramelized onion and au jus, pan-fried seabass with orange and caper sauce and more. Don’t miss the live pasta station and the special Malaysian shaved ice station, Ais Batu Campur (ABC), as well as a decadent array of desserts. The celebration starts at 6pm to 10pm.
