Damansara Kim’s new Savoro sets the stage for evenings of indulgence with all-you-can-eat dinners of Western and Japanese delicacies.
Guests can feast on over 70 exquisite enticements, all served a la carte, from decadently smooth foie gras to delectably smoky cuts of Shimomuragyu beef, hailed as Japan’s Wagyu Olympics champion.
Highlights also include freshly prepared Italian pasta, French escargots and Japanese sashimi, with a free flow of wine, sake and cocktails to complete the affair.
Weekdays (Monday to Friday):
Free for children below 95cm
Three sessions every evening: 5:30pm, 7:30pm, 9:30pm
Start with the Savoro Premium Platter, a spectacular showcase of chicken roulade, succulent salmon studded with roe, black mushroom pine soup, abalone with caviar and ikura, Japanese oysters with yuzu, crab meat with shrimp and scallops, and truffle fries, beautifully presented.

Lamb lovers are well-served at Savoro: The Mongolian roast lamb is lusciously seasoned and spice-kissed; the Savoro lamb chop is a juicy cut with a savoury sear; the Mint Lamb balances richness with a refreshing herbaceous lift.

Seafood takes a vibrant turn with the Savoro Sashimi Platter, starring thick slices of salmon, ika, shiro maguro, tako, hamachi and shime saba, all chilled and clean on the palate.

The latest entry to the buffet is the Savoro Super Platter, living up to its name with a plump chicken sausage paired with pickles and mushroom black pepper sauce, bolstered by grilled cheese freshwater prawns, smoked duck with mango, tempura Japanese icefish with Mongolian sauce, salted egg lychee prawn balls, and tuna spread canapés. A princely pleasure.

Savoro’s free flow of drinks and desserts rounds out the experience. Sip on house wine, a curation of Japanese sake, and classic cocktails like Black Russians and rum-based mixes, plus juices and sodas. For a sweet end, cakes are available alongside Häagen-Dazs ice cream bars.
