If you’ve wanted to try their old-school cakes for a while, now’s the best time to do so. As these cakes are baked in small batches daily, limited quantities are available, so customers often have to pre-order online a few weeks in advance. At this pop-up, you can da bao these popular cakes, while stocks last!
In case you need help choosing, we’ve got you. You won’t go wrong with their classic Kaya Cake, priced at $21 for a six-inch round and $30 for an eight-inch cake. You get light and fluffy pandan sponge cakes, layered with fragrant pandan kaya custard that’s not too sweet.
Their Nostalgic Buttercream Cake ($15/$22) is another favourite. Available in a range of flavours, including Vanilla Sponge Cake with Peanuts and Chocolate Sponge Cake with Chocolate Rice, these cakes feature pillowy sponge layers paired with a light buttercream.
We’re big fans of the peanut topping, featuring house-roasted ground peanuts that are naturally sweet and fragrant.
Besides these layered cakes, you’ll find other traditional staples such as Butter Cake ($14/$20), as well as limited quantities of Kopi Cookie ($22) jars.
We’ll update this article once we get more information on the list of goodies available at the Century Square pop-up.
