103’s baristas start brewing shortly past sunrise beneath soaring, steel-framed ceilings with a constellation of bare bulbs suspended from looped cables.
103 APW exclusives include the Miso Mocha (double espresso with local speciality-grade chocolate, chilled fresh milk and miso cream), White Mont Blanc (double espresso with honey-cinnamon milk, cold cream, nutmeg and orange zest) and Day Dream (cold brew shaken with jasmine tea, green apple, pineapple and lime), living up to 103’s 12 years of caffeinated craftsmanship.
Also snack on the kitchen’s new roasted potato salad with chickpeas, sour cream, ichimi togarashi and lemon dill dressing, set by playful pops of colour that populate mint-green walls.
