Singapore’s Peking duck scene has never had this much depth. What was once the preserve of hotel Cantonese restaurants has expanded to include Beijing imports, Hong Kong heavyweights and homegrown institutions that have been carving ducks tableside since the 1990s.
Here are seven of our favourites Peking duck restaurants in Singapore, from classics to caviar-topped fine dining.

Hua Ting Restaurant
An Orchard Hotel institution since 1992, Hua Ting has been serving Peking duck longer than most of its competitors have existed, carving each bird tableside in full view of diners.
The kitchen uses Irish Silver Hill Farm duck, air-dried for a skin that shatters on contact, served the classic way with pancakes, spring onion and hoisin.
442 Orchard Road, Orchard Hotel, Level 2, Singapore 238879.

Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck
The group’s flagship at Paragon has built its reputation on volume without sacrificing craft, moving through thousands of ducks a month while keeping quality consistent.
Each duck is air-dried for 48 hours and roasted over lychee wood for a faint sweetness beneath the crackling skin – a standard-bearer for the category.
Paragon, 290 Orchard Road, #05-42, Singapore 238859.

Jiang-Nan Chun
Tucked inside the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, Jiang-Nan Chun turns duck carving into theatre, with white-gloved service and a Michelin star to match the occasion.
The kitchen’s take comes finished with Oscietra caviar for a luxe spin on the classic – Cantonese fine dining at its most indulgent.
Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, 190 Orchard Boulevard, Singapore 248646.

Min Jiang at Dempsey
The duck is wood-fired over apple wood for a gentle smokiness – a Michelin-recommended version that’s become a Dempsey mainstay in its own right. This is one of the best Peking ducks you can have in Singapore.
7A Dempsey Road, Goodwood Park Hotel, Singapore 249684.

Mott 32
Hong Kong’s Cantonese heavyweight brought its cult following to Marina Bay Sands, pairing moody, industrial-chic interiors with a menu built around roasted meats.
Its 42-day duck is applewood-smoked and carved tableside, finished with a lacquered skin that’s become the restaurant’s most-photographed dish.
B1-41/42 Galleria Level, 10 Bayfront Avenue, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore 018956.

Peking Chamber (Siji Minfu)
One of the most famous Peking duck restaurants in Beijing, Siji Minfu has been Michelin-recommended in its home city since 2008 and recently opened its first restaurant outside China at WEAVE.
Expect the most traditional version on this list – a straightforward, no-frills duck carved the way it’s been done in Beijing for decades.
WEAVE, Resorts World Sentosa, 26 Sentosa Gateway, Singapore 098138.

TungLok Peking Duck
TungLok was the first in Singapore to serve Irish Silver Hill Farm duck the traditional way, and it’s held onto that pioneer status for years.
Two locations – Orchard Central and Novena – keep the format accessible without diluting the quality of the skin or the carving.
Orchard Central, 181 Orchard Road, #07-07/08/09, Singapore 238896.
