Their specialty is the Pork Loin Katsu (price TBD)—deep-fried Jeju pork cutlet. The pork is said to be wet-aged, which gives the meat a tender, juicy centre. You can choose between tenderloin or sirloin cuts of pork.
The breading is described as light and crunchy, yet not cloyingly oily. To cut through the richness, you can pair the meat with wasabi, or try their tsuyu dipping sauce or truffle salt. Cabbage salad is also served on the side if you want to cleanse your palate.

For seafood lovers, their Kadaif Prawn (price TBD) is also a solid pick. It comprises fresh, big prawns covered in a crispy kadaif shell and served with the same accompaniments as the tonkatsu.

To beat the heat, you can order their Premium Matcha Zaru Udon (price TBD), handmade in-house and served cold. It is said to have a firm, QQ texture, with a subtle earthy matcha flavour that balances the saltiness and umami of the tsuyu sauce.

For a more comforting option, you can go for their Roast Chicken Udon (price TBD) instead, featuring a juicy roasted chicken cutlet and grilled scallions sitting on a bed of chewy udon noodles, simmering in a light dashi broth.
Ojeje is in Raffles City Shopping Centre, located right next to City Hall MRT Station.
