A man who goes around Singapore giving free haircuts to those who need them has once again touched netizens with his acts of kindness.
A video posted to TikTok on Sept 11 showed Aidan James Loo visiting the home of a family and chatting with them before giving them free haircuts.
The family comprises an elderly man surnamed Ng, his wife and their son.
They had been having a difficult time as Ng, who is their main caretaker, had just gotten out of the hospital after having a bad fall, according to the one-minute-long clip.
Additionally, the elderly man’s son — who is in his thirties — is still under his parent’s care as he has special needs, Ng told Aiden.
Aidan gave all three family members free haircuts and refused to take the money the elderly man tried to offer him.
“It makes me happy to see you a little happier,” Aidan told Ng.
Ng and his family were seen smiling and looking satisfied with their haircuts as they thanked Aidan.

The video, which has garnered over 224,000 views and 17,000 likes as of Sept 15, touched the hearts of many netizens — some of whom left encouraging comments under the clip.
One comment read: “A haircut helps so much with an individual’s morale. I can’t explain it, but you’re doing so good bro.”
“They are just strangers to you, yet you went that extra mile to do this for them. I’m so touched! Thank you for being so kind. Hope that you can continue to do this for more people like them,” another netizen commented.
Another commenter wrote: “Thank you for being so kind and giving. I hope your pillow is always cool at night.”
This is not Aidan’s first time doing a kind deed.
Various videos posted to his TikTok account show him offering to cut strangers’ hair for free near a construction site, at the void deck of an HDB block and at a park.
He also uploads these videos to Instagram under an account named Francesco’s Barber Club, which describes itself as a social service.
