With FIFA World Cup 2026 just days away, football fans across the globe are already buzzing with excitement. For a fiery snack that’ll match the flying tackles and pressing at the World Cup, try the new Spicy Jalapeño Chicken McNuggets ($8.70). According to McDonald’s, these nuggets are “crispy on the outside with a bold jalapeño kick”, offering “tangy, savoury and spicy flavours” in one package. Along with these nuggets is the returning Honey Soy Chicken McCrispy (from $9.25), featuring the fast-food chain’s signature fried chicken coated in a honey-soy glaze. These two items, part of the FIFA World Cup 26™ Meals, will be available from 11 June 2026.

With every FIFA World Cup™ Meal* purchase, fans can collect one of six limited-edition collectable cups starring footballing icons past and present: David Beckham, Ronaldinho, Thierry Henry, Son Heung-Min, and Lamine Yamall. Oh, there’s also McDonald’s own Grimace, who’s somehow found his way into the starting lineup.

There’s a bunch of other McDonald’s World Cup launches to look out for, including T-shirts, Happy Meal plushies, and the new Pistachio Soft Serve (From $1.30). Football fans are in for a treat.
