Unlike its competitors, Hi Bowl also serves fried skewers and sides. You’ll find a variety, with vegetable skewers at $1++ each, while pork, beef, chicken, and lamb skewers are $1.50++ each.

You’ll also find Fried Shrimp Prawn Paste Chicken Wings ($8.80++) and Fried Crispy Pork ($8.80++). The most unique, however, is the Fried Milk ($4.80++), a traditional Cantonese dessert featuring a sweet milky custard, battered, then deep-fried.
