Blending time-honoured tradition with contemporary creativity, every item in this unlimited brunch is prepared to order in RED’s kitchen, confidently cooked from scratch for the freshest flavours and tempting textures.
Find comfort in generations-old staples like Rice Rolls filled with Vietnamese Prawn Rolls and thick, creamy Congee with Grouper Fish Fillets and Ginger.
Starters and soups include Smoked Chicken Rolls with Mala Crumble for a lightly spicy kick to the succulent meat, Braised Crab Meat Soup with Vegetarian Shark Fins, and Double Boiled Chicken Soup with Cordyceps Flowers and Dumplings for a richly nourishing broth.
Poultry and meat include Szechuan Style Fried Chicken (suitably spicy even for kids) and Wok-Fried Beef with Supreme Chilli Sauce (wonderfully juicy, so everyone can enjoy it).
For seafood enthusiasts, sink your teeth into Crispy Prawns with Pomelo Salad, Golden Salted Egg Prawns, Wok-Fried Grouper Fillets with Mongolian Sauce, and Crispy Grouper Fillets with Young Mango Thai Sauce, serving up crustaceans and fish with robustly vibrant flavours.
