Unstable Concoction’s madcap beverage scientists are still brewing up formulations, but clues on their lab walls hint at cold brews with house-made chai mix and luo han guo, espresso with clarified roselle, and curious creations built on cacao nib tea, brown butter cream cheese and more.
The space is unconventional too, fusing a warm vinyl corner with raw concrete edginess, its glass blocks and gleaming metal enlivened by offbeat illustrations that colourfully convey controlled chaos, set to run Thursday to Tuesday, 7:51am to 6:02pm.
